Rate Guarantees and Incentives
We offer guests of Southern Leisure 6 & 6 and 4 & 8 plans, which allow you to stay at Southern Leisure for part of the year, and safely store your RV at our resort for the remainder of the year.
For 6 & 6 plans, guests staying in the park for 6 months will pay their normal rent for that period of time at the rates listed, and pay a reduced fee of $50.00 per month storage to keep their RV on their site the remaining 6 months of the year.
Similarly with the 4 & 8 plan, guests staying in the park for 4 months will pay rent their normal rent for that period of time at the rates listed, and pay $75.00 per month storage to keep their RV on their sitethe remaining 8 months of the year.

Our Normal Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation at Southern Leisure for any reason, please follow the guidelines below. Cancellations that follow these guidelines are eligible a refund. All refunds are subject to a $25 administrative fee.
- For DAILY stays, you must cancel 48 hours or more in advance.
- For WEEKLY stays, you must cancel one week or more in advance.
- For 1 – 3 MONTH stays, you must cancel 60 days or more in advance.
- For 4+ MONTH stays, you must cancel 90 days or more in advance.
For cancellations that do not follow these guidelines, please contact us, and we will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.
